A Discovery
Hi!
This week I've made two discoveries. First, when I had about 10 tostitos with salsa con queso my count dropped 2 hours later 30 points. Second, after having two sips of panera bread coffee this morning I felt enervated and tested 2 hours later to find I had also dropped 20 points.
Interesting that I had quit drinking coffee because I had taken up nursing a single bottle of Pepsi all day, and it was then I was told my blood sugar level was 'much' too high.
Anyone else notice that caffeine lowers your count? Or the whole grain chips and cheese salsa?
