Hi,

Well my Internist has me taking 2mg of the Amyrl and 1000mg of the Glucophage now. He also ordered a blood sedimentation rate. He told me that the pressure that I feel in my right temple may be an indication of a very serious side effect that can take my eyesight and render me permanently blind very rapidly.

I haven't heard today yet about the results of that test.

My morning readings have been in the 154 to 216 range, then after taking the Amyril 2mg this morning it dropped from 184 at 6:30a.m. to 133 at 10:45a.m.
He wants me to wait 3 days before I increase the Glucophage from 1 to 2 500mg tablets at dinner because he said he doesn't like to increase 2 medications at the same time. I think this is because if my readings drop to normal after the 1st medication increase that he will cancel the second one.

My energy and concentration are still lacking and by the time I get home from work in the afternoon I am totally without energy.
