Hi there
I know its been awhile, seems our friend Mel Gibson has a site with a similar name and I've been debating whether I should change the name of my Blog to avoid unpleasantries with his attorneys.
My health has been okay, although I am still experiencing weight fluctuations. I went out and bought 38 waist pants only to find a week later that my waist is dropping again. Pits!!!
What do you all think? Should I change the name of my blog?

There are a number of sites claiming to be written by Mel Gibson. The author of the other Mel's Musings blog was sent a letter by Gibson's attorneys because he was claiming to be Mel Gibson and was using his image. Nothing ever came of it, perhaps because a "satire" label was added.

Give me a break! Your name is Mel, and Mr. Gibson does not hold exclusivity rights to the name, so I would tell him to kindly stick his finger in an electric socket.
